Ingredients
    For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined, or 450 grams)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • For the Mango Salsa
  • 1 mango (ripe, diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • For Assembly
  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
  • red cabbage (Shredded)

Instructions
    Marinate the Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

  2. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. Prepare the Mango Salsa
  4. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

  5. Grill the Shrimp
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  8. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and fully cooked.
  9. Assemble the Tacos
