Easy Mango Sticky Rice Recipe: Sweet & Creamy Thai Delight

This delightful Mango Sticky Rice recipe is the perfect way to enjoy the sweet taste of mangoes with creamy coconut sauce and fluffy sticky rice. It's easy to make, delicious, and sure to impress!

Instructions
- Rinse the glutinous rice in a strainer until the water runs clear.
- Soak the rice in water for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
- Drain the soaked rice and add it to a steamer basket.
- Steam the rice for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the rice is steaming, prepare the mangoes by slicing them into thin strips.
- Once the rice is cooked, remove it from the steamer and transfer it to a serving bowl.
- Pour the warm coconut sauce over the rice.
- Top with the sliced mangoes and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
