Ingredients
Instructions
Combine Ingredients
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Add Berries
Gently fold in the mixed berries. Make sure the berries are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Transfer to Containers
Divide the mixture into two jars or containers with lids.
Refrigerate
Cover the jars or containers with lids and place them in the refrigerator. Let the oats sit overnight, or for at least 6 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
Serve
In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
Top with additional fresh berries and nuts if desired.
Enjoy
Enjoy your delicious and nutritious berry overnight oats straight from the jar or transfer them to a bowl.
